Description
This international panel will discuss current issues regarding aircraft, aircraft engine leasing and financing transactions and methods for enforcing the rights of the parties to those transactions. Among the topics to be explored are provisions of the Global Aviation Trading System (GATS), the role of the Aviation Working Group and the question of how IFRS affects the airlines. Also, what are the current challenges of the financing market?
