Description
The ICN agenda places a heavy focus on subjects of relevance to technology markets and digital services. Tech companies remain under scrutiny around the world, facing the prospect of both ex-ante regulation and ex-post enforcement. With so much activity, a key question is whether jurisdictions will converge or diverge in their approaches to competition enforcement and regulation in the tech sector, itself characterised by a wide variety of business models.
