Private equity investments in Latin America: lessons and future expectations

Description
With Latin America being one of the hottest markets for private equity, this panel will analyse what are the common risks and challenges faced in the region by international private equity investors and the alternatives to address them. Topics will include common contractual protections required by private equity investors (including representations and warranties insurance); corporate governance expectations of private equity investors; statutory minority shareholder protections and shareholder litigation in Latin America.
