Description
This panel will discuss alternative means of settling disputes with tax authorities, whether before the issuance of an assessment or via non-judicial proceedings including International Compliance Assurance Programme (ICAP), Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and various treaty arbitration procedures.
