Description
From the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct, and the International Sustainability Standards Board, to name just a few, corporations worldwide are navigating a maze of new legislation and standards requiring environmental and human rights due diligence. This session will provide guidance on how to map out and execute a corporate due diligence strategy to prepare business clients for legislation that is already in effect or on the horizon.
