Description

We are hoping that the worst of the pandemic is behind us. Even in the best-case scenario its repercussions will continue to be felt for quite some time in world politics, societies and economies. In the face of these repercussions, it is expected that deal terms, concerns and precautions will evolve over time, alongside the role of the deal lawyer.

This session will look at some of the latest trends and developments in European private M&A, including:
• De-SPAC transactions: specific - or rather SPAC-cific - terms and conditions
• Warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance
• Acquiring a fast-growing venture company
• Strategic vs. private equity: who is favoured by the latest M&A
trends?
