Description
Since our last tax panel several years ago, the tax world has continued to change drastically. Politics, Panama Papers and the pandemic have left their mark. Therefore, it is time to revisit the dos and taboos in tax-efficient structuring of M&A deals in Europe.
The panel will discuss the current status of Profit BEPS and other international tax developments. Further, in view of every state’s desire to cash up after the Covid spending, the panel will discus
in which direction ‘suitability’ in tax matters will possibly develop.
