The days of corporate counsel are generally packed. How do they see additional projects and responsibilities, such as cross-border M&A transactions? Is it a creative task, exciting as a treasure hunt? Or is it more a thankless task where if it succeeds, others claim the laurels, and if it fails, you remain holding the bag? The panel will reflect on those aspects and other current challenges of their function.
