Andreas Kloyer was born in 1963. After studying law in Passau and Munich (both Germany) and having received his doctor title from the University of Kiel (Germany), he was partner with some renowned law firms in Munich and Frankfurt. Andreas Kloyer joined Luther in 2012. He is a member of various international law associations or business circles and is holding seats in a number of supervisory boards of international companies. Andreas Kloyer is well connected within the Private Equity industry, with UHNW individuals and Family Offices. In addition, he is a permanent lecturer at different universities. He is an officer in the International Bar Association committee on closely held businesses.

He is focused on domestic and overseas M&A transactions including public takeovers, carve-out by private equity funds, joint ventures, strategic alliances and complex cross-border transactions.

He has extensive knowledge in road transport regulations including automated vehicles and MaaS. During his secondment to the Road Transport Bureau of MLIT, he was in charge of amending the Road Transport Vehicle Act, which enables the safe deployment of automated vehicles in Japan. He also drafted the Ministry’s report on determining the civil liability caused by automated vehicles. He was deeply involved with type approval and recall regulations as well as investigations of inspection cheating scandals of some large car makers.

Andreas Stoltze

Over the last 30 years Andreas Stoltze has worked with family-run enterprises and private equity companies to restructure and invest in various distressed companies. As an expert in corporate restructuring, he has accepted a wide range of international commissions in Europe and the USA up to a size of € 2 billion turnover. As a rule, he operates as an investor or takes a position on the board of the organisation (CEO, CFO, CRO) to follow through the whole turnaround, restructuring and transaction process over a number of years until the company has evidently recovered. Andreas Stoltze graduated in economics and social sciences and doctorate at the universities of Stuttgart, Konstanz, Salzburg and the University of California in San Diego.

Anna Dabrowska

Anna Dabrowska is a legal adviser and a partner and a member of the M&A and Corporate Practice at Wardynski & Partners. She is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (currently not practising).

She is involved mainly in transactional work, focusing on corporate law. She has taken part in many mergers and transformations of legal entities, as well as share purchase transactions and business acquisitions. Joost Vantomme

Joost Vantomme is the Smart Mobility Director of the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA), which represents the 16 major Europe-based car, van, truck and bus manufacturers. Joost serves also as member of the Supervisory Board of ERTICO (advocating intelligent mobility solutions) and of the Board of the Mobility as a Service Alliance (MaaS). He is member of various Commission Expert Groups, where under the Expert Group on B2G data sharing.

Joost has over 25 years’ experience in legal, regulatory and public affairs. He served as legal and regulatory affairs director in the telecommunications, postal, logistics and automotive sector. He had leading policy making roles in European associations such as PostEurop and FEDMA, as well as at the UN level (UPU). Joost has also been member of the cabinet of the Belgian Minister of Economy and director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, an EU consultancy firm.

Oya Deniz Kavame
