This seminal study provides its readers with an important tool to understand the advances and fallbacks of these subjects across the region. Each of the participant jurisdictions involved, covering over 500 lawyers, answered a standard questionnaire prepared on the subject, aimed to determine:

• the perception of the situation in the country with regards to gender equality, gender diversity, race, religion and disability;

• the perception on whether these issues are addressed by law firms in Latin America, and some good practices regarding these topics; and

• the relevance of pro bono work within law firms in the jurisdictions.
