Rule of Law Symposium: accountability and justice

Justice and accountability are essential for lasting peace and addressing the legacy of human rights abuses. However, in many conflict-ridden regions, achieving justice is challenging and may even seem counterproductive to peace. This panel will discuss the role of international justice organisations in facilitating accountability and promoting sustainable peace.
