Friday 11 July Speakers

All information regarding the session's chairs, moderators and speakers will need to be submitted to ensure this is correctly reflected in the programme.

The process for submitting the speakers will be circulated at a later date.

Friday 12 September 2025 Set-up and AV of session room

The following two forms need to be completed and submitted no later than the deadline, for set-up and AV requirements of your session:

Friday 26 September 2025 Supporting materials for your session

Speakers’ case studies, questionnaires or other background papers should be emailed to the Divisions team and will be uploaded to the session in the Toronto Conference Programme.

DO NOT send speaker PowerPoint presentations to the Divisions team. Instructions for uploading your own Speaker PowerPoint presentations on the Speaker Management System will follow at a later date.

NOTE: Session materials will no longer be printed and distributed at sessions

To book a room for an officers meeting or to meet with your speakers in preparation of the session, please complete the speakers preparatory/committee business meeting room request.
