Dear members,

We are more than happy to send out the fourth e-bulletin for the Women Lawyers’ Interest Group (WIG). The articles cover a wide range of timely topics, including the impact of Covid-19 on the working environment for women, career development of female lawyers in international practice, legislation for the improvement of the gender pay gap and gender equality and access to justice. As always, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the valued contributions by the diverse authors, together with their relentless efforts and passion for gender parity in the legal profession even amid the pandemic.

On behalf of the WIG, we will continue to receive submissions on a rolling basis for our upcoming e-bulletins. Should you wish to know more about how to have your work published by the WIG or if you have ideas for a new article, please send your queries and abstracts to me, Annalisa Reale, at annalisa.reale@chiomenti.net.

Best wishes,
