A webinar presented by the IBA Immigration and Nationality Law Committee
People travelling to the UK without a visa will soon need to get an electronic travel authorisation, or ETA. In this webinar, the panel will discuss developments in electronic travel authorisation in the US, Canada, UK and EU, assessing the lessons for the latter two jurisdictions by looking at countries that already have ETA in place.
