A symposium presented by the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum supported by the IBA Arbitration Committee and the IBA Litigation Committee

Topics include the role of courts:
  • in determining jurisdiction, constitution of and challenges to an arbitral tribunal
  • in relation to interim measures, other orders in aid of arbitration and emergency arbitrator decisions
  • in setting aside, recognising and enforcing arbitral awards
