A webinar presented by the IBA Law Firm Management Committee, supported by the IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee and the IBA Senior Lawyers’ Committee

In this, the second of a series of webinars, the key focus will be:

• redefining partner success: exploring holistic evaluation methods that prioritise leadership, cultural contributions and diversity, equity and inclusion alongside financial performance;

• leadership development for partners: identifying the skills and support systems partners need to thrive in evolving leadership roles; and

• bridging the generational divide: addressing tensions and differing expectations between senior and junior professionals around leadership, career progression and the meaning of partnership. How can firms create space for mutual understanding, trust and shared purpose across generations?

As we are limited to 1,000 registrants, we request that you please only register for this event if you will be attending.
