A seminar presented by the BIC International Trade in Legal Services Committee
This session builds on a series of internationalisation conferences led by the Committee over the last few years. These conferences aim to inform lawyers about how they can work together with international law firms from outside their jurisdiction on big-ticket legal work taking place in their country, to ensure that the co-operation between the local firm and the large international law firm also works to the local firm’s advantage. As the globalisation of legal services increases, such cooperation becomes ever more important.
