A webinar presented by the China Working Group and the India Working Group of the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum
China and India, the world’s two largest developing economies, are not only home to vast consumer markets but also global powerhouses in production capacity. Their combined strengths in manufacturing, technology and infrastructure make them prime destinations for foreign investment. In recent years, cross-border trade between the two nations has expanded significantly, driven by complementary economic strengths and increasing business integration. However, entities from both countries intending to make investments face evolving legal and regulatory landscapes, including policy shifts, compliance challenges and geopolitical considerations.
Recognising these complexities, the China and India Working Groups of the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum are hosting a series of China-India investment webinars to examine the legal dimensions of cross-border investments and dissect the opportunities and hurdles in cross-border investments and to mitigate legal and operational risks.
This webinar is free for everyone to attend. Places are limited, register now to secure your place.
