A webinar presented by the IBA Law Firm Management Committee’s Business Development and Marketing Subcommittee
In an increasingly competitive legal market, the ability to pitch effectively is fundamental to winning work, strengthening client relationships and differentiating your firm. Yet for many lawyers and business development (BD) professionals, the pitching process can feel time-pressured, inconsistent and difficult to execute, particularly as client expectations continue to evolve.
Join us for part one of this two-part webinar series designed to help law firm BD and marketing professionals, as well as lawyers, approach pitching with confidence, clarity and purpose. We will explore:
- how in-house teams evaluate proposals and what truly influences their decisions;
- building clear, compelling, client-centric pitches that communicate value and outcomes;
- developing collaborative processes between lawyers and BD teams – or practical alternatives for firms without dedicated support; and
- improving pitch meetings through storytelling, conversational framing and better preparation.
As we are limited to 1,000 registrants, we request that you please only register for this event if you will be attending.
