A webinar presented by the IBA Arbitration Committee and the IBA Professional Ethics Committee

This webinar will look at the issue of balancing transparency and confidentiality obligations during document exchange, as well as managing privilege claims and the duty to disclose relevant materials. Further, it will address the issues of data privacy, especially when handling cross-border information transfers, as well as analysing how to preventing and respond to unethical conduct, such as document tampering or suppression.
