Biography

Sara has over ten years’ experience in extraordinary transactions, joint ventures and investments as well as in representing private equity funds in primary and secondary market transactions. Sara specializes in business contracts and in all aspects of company and commercial law. She also advises Italian international clients on a day-to-day basis and on internationalizing processes with particular focus on Russian and Chinese areas. Sara has thorough experience in real estate, with particular reference to real estate portfolio sale/purchase and hotel management contracts. Sara represents well-known Italian listed and non-listed groups, active in the secondary (i.e., food, clothing, textile, chemical and pharmaceutical, etc.) and tertiary sectors (i.e., banks, hotel groups, media) by providing them with general legal assistance, advising them in extraordinary transactions, and supporting them in their expansion strategies abroad.
