Biography
Experienced energy industry professional with 25 years of experience in international energy negotiation matters in numerous countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, particularly in countries where Eni operates (60+ countries). Extensive exposure leading high-value, complex commercial deals, negotiations and disputes. Currently responsible for Eni's company-wide, global commercial negotiations organization and processes, including upstream, gas & LNG, refinery and marketing, as well as renewables, forestry, CCUS and agri-business in support of Eni’s business transformation activities. Prior to this position, held varied other assignments in Eni, including Senior Vice President (Legal) International Upstream and Procurement, Vice President (Legal) for Eastern Europe, Asia and Oceania and Legal Director of Agip KCO (Kashagan). Before joining Eni, practiced as a lawyer working with Dutch law firm Loyens & Loeff and admitted to the Rotterdam Bar in 1995.
