Ralf Morshäuser
Biography
Ralf is a senior Corporate and M&A lawyer. He advises national and international corporate clients and financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions. He has particular experience in complex M&A transactions (including carve-outs and distressed M&A) and private equity, and advises regularly on corporate law matters. Since 2017, Ralf is active as an Officer of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the International Bar Association. Ralf is Co-Managing Partner of the firm. Among his clients are many DAX40 companies, other corporate clients, financial investors and insolvency administrators. He also has special expertise in transactions in the automotive sector. Ralf, who was admitted in 2001 and has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2007, is singled out as a leading or recommended M&A lawyer by many directories such as JUVE, Chambers, IFLR 1000, Legal 500, Who's Who Legal, Leaders League and Best Lawyers.
