Biography

Ulf Pagenkopf joined Silver Lake in 2012 and is a Director based in London. He has been involved in a number of private equity transactions in the technology and technology-enabled sectors, including Global Blue, FlixBus, ZPG, and IVC Evidensia. He is currently a board member of ZPG and a board observer at FlixBus, and previously served as a board member of Global Blue. Prior to joining Silver Lake, he was at Deutsche Bank in the Frankfurt and London offices working in the M&A and Leveraged Debt Capital Markets groups where he was involved in a variety of LBO, high yield, and M&A transactions. Mr. Pagenkopf graduated from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) with a B.Sc. in General Management.
