Biography

Simone Nadelhofer is a partner at LALIVE. She has over 20 years experience in complex domestic and cross-border proceedings and investigations, including fraud and white-collar crime, asset recovery, international mutual assistance in criminal and tax matters and international sanctions. Her investigations expertise is recognised by Global Investigations Review who ranks her among the 100 Women in Investigations 2021 worldwide. Simone is Anti-Corruption Committee Liaison Officer of the IBA’s Business Crime Committee
