Tom Miles

Biography

Tom Miles is a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, based in New York, and is currently Co-Head of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions business in the Americas. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2010 and prior to his current role, Tom was responsible for the Firm’s Industrial M&A business and also advised clients across several industry sectors. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tom spent 16 years in JPMorgan’s Mergers & Acquisitions Department where he advised clients on transactions across a variety of industries. Tom received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Duke University.
