Biography

Stuart has been an active mining and environmental law practitioner since 1989 with the New Mexico (U.S.) law firm of Modrall Sperling, where he serves as Vice President and Santa Fe office manager. He is a current Vice Chair of IBA SEERIL's Mining Law Committee, and is a past President of The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law, formerly known as the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
