Biography

Alper is the Founder and President of European Leadership University (ELU) which is a new generation university built to respond to the skills gap by providing developing tech talent for exceptional organizations through tech degree programmes such as Software Development, Data Science, and AI. Alper is passionate about disrupting higher education by means of technology and innovation. He is particularly interested in new ventures focusing on affordable quality education and business models facilitating young talents’ access to meaningful work. Utku has been a serial entrepreneur with a track record of successful IPO and start-up growth. Alper has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Doctorate in Organisational Change & Leadership. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO-Europe One). Alper has co-authored a best seller in Turkey: “Agile Companies” and has been a co-author of, “Organisational Consulting@the Edges of Possibility”. He fluently speaks Turkish and English and has working proficiency in French and Dutch.
