Lycke Cappelle
Biography
Senior Legal Counsel at LUMICKS, a life science tools company in Amsterdam. Lycke helped build this fast-paced company that grew from 30 employees to almost 300 in 4 years. After heading the HR, Recruitment, Office and Legal team, she currently focuses on corporate and overall compliance matters while scaling up. Lycke holds a master’s degree (LLM) from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and started her career as an attorney with a focus on M&A and IP in 2011 (Allen & Overy and Heussen).
