Biography

Nora Klug has been General Counsel for the Bosch Group since January 2021 and is heading the global legal function of the technology and services company with around 320 experts world-wide. Nora has been advising multi-national corporations on legal and compliance matters and on Corporate Governance for 20 years, and she held General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer positions in international technology companies in the construction sector, the white goods industry and in automotive. She in convinced that in-house legal functions must be designed to manage risks while at the same time being committed to pursuing business opportunities, and that good corporate governance and entrepreneurship are complementary rather than contrary. She is driven by her enthusiasm for high-performance teams and her enjoyment of change and lifelong learning. Nora is a fully qualified lawyer in Germany and the State of New York (US), a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and holds a Master of Laws in Transnational Business Practice.
