Biography

David is the Managing Director of Citibank’s Trustee and Fiduciary services business. As the Global Head of the business, David’s responsibilities span a range of countries across Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America. David has extensive experience in the funds and asset management arena, including funds compliance, risk management, coverage, product management, fund structuring and operational restructuring across several European and Asian fund centers. He has previously worked in an audit capacity, assessing risk and control environments across the continental European asset management industry. David was an executive member and Chairman of the UK Trustee & Depositary industry body, DATA and the UK representative for the European equivalent, ETDF. He is currently Chairman of Cititrust Hong Kong.
