Biography

Elisabeth Eklund heads the EU and Competition team at the lawfirm Delphi in Stockholm, Sweden. She specializes in competition law and EU law (including free movement and state aid), regulatory issues as well as anti-corruption. She has experience of handling all kinds of competition law issues including cartels, vertical agreements, abuse of a dominant position, dawn-raids, compliance isssue and concentrations. She also acts as counsel in competition law litigations in court and arbitration proceedings and in regulatory proceedings. Elisabeth is a guest lecturer at Stockholm University and often speaks at conferences. She has written a large number of articles, in particular as regards competition law. She is ranked by several ranking institutes as a leading lawyer for for inter alia EU/Competition law and Life Sciences.
