EU Distribution Rules – the brand new verticals regime

Description

With the new VBER entering into force on 1 June 2022, the European Union gets new rules for vertical agreements. The panel will discuss topics like dual distribution, agents, platforms and other hot topics for brands and retailers as well as recent case law and enforcement practice. We will take a deep dive also into the latest global developments on digital distribution issues.
