Biography

Trine is a Partner at the largest Scandinavian law firm, Schjødt. With nearly 25 years of experience in EU competition law, including senior positions at leading law firms and the Swedish Competition Authority, she has a wealth of experience both from domestic and international contexts. Her expertise covers all aspects of competition law, including merger control, abuse of dominance and restrictive agreements, as well as related areas such as foreign direct investment control (FDI). Trine is the co-author of the 6th edition of the Swedish standard textbook Competition Law – A Handbook (Konkurrensrätt – en handbok, 2022) and of the law commentary The Competition Damages Act – A Commentary (Konkurrensskadelagen – en kommentar, 2023).
