Biography

Mr. Kaufer focuses his practice on all issues regarding labor and employment law. He has extensive experience in the areas of negotiation, union certification matters and employment matters. Mr. Kaufer speaks extensively on many different topics including the gig economy and international issues and comparisons regarding labor and employment matters. He is a Fellow of the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and the only International lawyer on the Council of the American Bar, Labor and Employment Section and the Board of the American Employment Law Council. He is a designated Avocat Émérite (Lawyer Emeritus) of the Quebec Bar and has held and continues to hold many different positions on many of the committees and sections of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section and The American Employment Law Council.
