Biography

Luis joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2003 as head of the Labour Law practice area, after practising law for several years at a prestigious international firm. He made partner in 2007. As a specialist in Labour and Social Security Law, he advises on all aspects of labour relations. He is an expert in collective bargaining before the workers’ representation (collective agreements, collective dismissals, substantial changes to working conditions, etc.). He also leads the legal advice in both individual and collective judicial proceedings which are brought before the labour courts at all instances. He also gives advice on the drafting and termination of manager contracts.
