Admitted to the bars of Ecuador and Colombia. Ll.M and PhD University of Cambridge (England). Gabriela has extensive experience in international transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and structuring complex contractual arrangements. She lectures and has published a number of books and articles on different areas of corporate / business law. Board Member of several associations and one of the leading corporate/M&A attorneys in Colombia according to the Chambers & Partners directory.
