Sadayuki Matsudaira

Biography

Sadayuki has a wealth of experience in the energy sector, including renewable power projects. He advises on the development of projects, acquisitions, joint ventures, alliances and reorganizations, the development of new businesses, compliance with regulations, cooperation with governmental bodies, and dispute resolution in the energy and power sector. Sadayuki serves as a member of the Committee on the Industrial Safety Regulations held by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, and the Committee on the Electricity Capacity Market held by OCCTO (Organization for Cross-regional Coordination of Transmission Operators, Japan). He also serves as the Regional Vice Chair, Asia Pacific, of the Energy Group of Lex Mundi. He was selected as a Leading Individual in Projects and Energy in The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2022.
