Biography

Alyssa Boyer is currently the Chief of Party of the United States Agency for International Development’s Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Finance (USAID’s WASH-FIN), a six-year, $45 million project with operations in 8 countries in Africa and Asia, designed to expand financing to the water and sanitation sector globally. She built her career in the engineering and construction industry supporting the delivery of mega infrastructure programs and in public-private partnership advisory in North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
