Biography

Miriam Allena is Associate Professor of Administrative Law and Environmental Law at Bocconi University of Milan. Her research interests include administrative due process, the impact of new technologies on environmental law and on social rights. She authored two books and more than 70 papers published in leading European and Italian Law Journals. She is Senior Associate at Baker McKenzie, Milan office, where she regularly advises domestic and international clients on administrative law matters. These include environmental, energy, public procurement, infrastructure and real estate issues.
