Caio Borges

Biography

Caio Borges is the Head of the Law and Climate Portfolio at the Institute for Climate and Society. He holds a PhD in Legal Philosophy and Legal Theory (USP) and a Master degree in Law and Development from the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He is a non-resident fellow with the Fudan Development Institute (Shanghai, China).
