Stefan Tuinenga
Biography
Stefan Tuinenga is a founding partner of Lindenbaum. He has more than fifteen years of antitrust litigation experience. He primarily focuses on international antitrust litigation and collective actions. Before starting the firm, Stefan founded the Dutch office of another leading international plaintiff firm. Stefan previously worked for a large tier 1 defence firm in Amsterdam, acting in many of the leading antitrust litigation cases in Europe. He also helped to establish the Fair Trade Authority of Curaçao, where he served as a director, and he worked as in-house legal counsel for a major airline, where he was responsible for worldwide competition and anti-bribery compliance. Stefan regularly publishes articles on developments in competition law and litigation in the Journal of European Competition Law & Practice and the Dutch competition journals Markt & Mededinging and Mededingingsrecht in de Praktijk. Stefan is a non-governmental advisor to Curaçao in the International Competition Network.
