Biography

Partner of the Firm in the Corporate, M&A and Real Estate Practice in the Mexico City office. His experience has focused on the areas of Planning and Execution of National and International Transactions such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Reorganizations, Foreign Investments, Real Estate transactions and Developments, Acquisitions and Public Biddings. Graduate of the Law School from Iberoamericana University in 1994, Master of Law from the Boalt Hall School of Law of the University of California at Berkeley, Studies in Corporate Law in the same University, Diploma in Economic Competition from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM). Languages: Spanish and English.
