Biography

I am a partner at Motta Fernandes Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil, and my practice focus on corporate law, M&A, infrastructure and energy project finance, with diversified experience across the Energy (Power, Natural Gas), Banking and Telecom industries. I am also an alumni of the International Attorney Program of Milbank LLP and hold a Master of Laws - LL.M. degree at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
