Biography

María is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and joined the firm in 1998. M&A and Fintech Lawyer. María provides advice to local and foreign clients in Argentina across a wide spectrum of industries. She has advised international organizations on investments and divestitures. She also focuses on the design of start-ups, entrepreneur businesses, and businesses following a Triple Bottom Line model. She obtained an LLM from Dundee University, Dundee, Scotland (2007, with distinction). A certificate from Denver University (Colorado, USA, 2004. She worked as foreign associate at Holme, Roberts & Owen (Denver, Colorado, USA, 2004). María has been an Assistant Professor of International Private Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires for several year. She teaches at Di Tela University in the Fintech post graduate course and leads Investments in Innovation course from Fundación FLOR where she has the legal aspects sessions.
