Biography

Gilles specialises in French and European Products Law (food, feed, cosmetics, consumer goods, luxury goods, etc.). Gilles and his team advise large French and foreign groups on strategies for compliance with new products regulations, enforcement actions, disputes with competitors and market access for innovative products. Gilles receives regular acclaim in the Legal 500 directory where he is described as “highly experienced” and known “for his expert advice and in-depth knowledge”. Gilles is familiar with Government investigations and regularly appears in administrative and criminal courts. He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences. He has taught food litigation at the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne and AgroParisTech. Gilles started his carrier with international law firms (Keller & Heckman, Hogan Lovells, Simmons & Simmons).
