Biography
I am a senior associate at Wardyński & Partners (Warsaw, Poland), specializing in criminal law, including white-collar crime, human rights, and anti-discrimination law. I have gained professional experience at both Polish and international law firms, NGOs, and the Polish Ombudsman’s Office, where I was responsible for combating discrimination against LGBTIQ individuals. My practice includes complex cases involving economic offences, fraud, corruption, money laundering, terrorism, and cybercrime, including matters with international dimensions. I have also represented clients before the European Court of Human Rights. In 2023, I was awarded first place in Wolters Kluwer’s Rising Stars. In 2021, I was recognized as the 23rd most influential lawyer in 2021 for my work as the Ombudsman’s attorney in the litigation against Poland’s so-called “LGBT-free zones”. I hold a law degree from the University of Warsaw as part of its Individual Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities program. I also studied philosophy and completed the course of study at the British Law Centre, a program run by the University of Warsaw in collaboration with the University of Cambridge.
