Biography

Myriam Baars-Schilling is specialised in advising German and foreign clients on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint venture projects. She also regularly assists international enterprises on group restructurings, reorganisation measures and other general questions of corporate law. She has particular expertise in the information technology and industrial sector. The German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche lists her as a leading lawyer in the field of M&A.
