SA results-driven executive with over 23 years of experience in corporate governance, legal expertise, and strategic management across multiple sectors, and a proven track record of leadership and transformational impact. For the last 2 years, I have focused my efforts in the aviation sector, where I have demonstrated my ability to drive operational excellence, growth and organizational transformation which uniquely positions me as a dynamic and trusted leader. In my current role as the Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Uganda Airlines, as Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Uganda Airlines, I have played a key role in the airline's leadership and transformation. I have overseen multi-million-dollar transactions, driven governance reform, and optimized decision-making structures to fuel growth. My leadership has strengthened Uganda Airlines' position in the aviation industry, fostering a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and strategic expansion. I bring a collaborative, results-focused approach to leadership and am dedicated to creating lasting value for stakeholders, customers, and the nation. Proven Leadership and Corporate Governance Expertise: I have successfully led boards and executive teams through periods of growth and transformation. As Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Uganda Airlines, I have played a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the Airline’s governance framework, ensuring compliance with global aviation standards, and facilitating interactions between the Shareholders, the Board, Management, and key stakeholders, thereby setting a strong foundation for long-term success. I previously led similar governance transformations at Uganda Oil Company Limited (UNOC) as a Manager Legal and Board Affairs for four and a half years I ensured sound stewardship of national resources and fostering a culture of compliance and financial discipline.
