Biography

I am a commercial litigation and commercial arbitration lawyer. I advise and represent businesses in disputes arising in a range of industries including oil and gas, renewable energy, thermal power, commodities, transportation and trade. I appear in arbitrations governed by the (Indian) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and all the main rules, including those of SIAC, ICC, LCIA, HKIAC and UNCITRAL. I also act as arbitrator. I am empanelled with Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
